Adam Milstein Upholds His Original Cultral Practices

The Adam and Gila Milstein Foundation is transforming the society thanks to the support that Adam is receiving from other stakeholders of a similar mind. Adam Milstein realized the need to implement change in the community when he saw the rising levels of conflict between the Jews who had moved to America and the natives. When people move to a new land, they tend to carry with them cultural practices and behavioral characteristics that may not augur well with those who already live in the country.

As a result, some form of harassment may end up developing merely because the natives are not comfortable with those who have moved to their country. The problems get worse when the citizens realize that most of the jobs are being taken away by those who have moved to their nation. Such a situation creates resentment, and it is always the root of the constant conflict between people. Adam felt the need to streamline the entire community through educating both the locals and the natives to achieve a state of harmony in the nation.

The idea of creating a peaceful environment is what led to the establishment of the Adam and Gila Milstein Foundation. Gila, who is Adam Milstein’s wife, works hand in hand with her husband to ensure the success of the organization. The real estate manager and former military man has adopted a character of helping the less fortunate in the society. It is the desire of philanthropy that keeps Adam motivated to continue supporting everyone in the community.

Adam was born in 1952, and he lived most of his life in Israel up to 1981 when he decided to move to the United States with his family to look for a better opportunity. When Adam settled in the new land, he decided to start working in the real estate industry, and it is at this point that he was able to gain the insight to invest in philanthropic activities. As much as there is little personal gain from this venture, he believes that it is the satisfaction of helping others that continually gives him the motivation to continue forging forward.
